Mr. Kiarie is an accomplished legal professional with an impressive educational background. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University, which he obtained in 2003. Additionally, he possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. With nineteen years of standing as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he is recognized for his expertise in the legal field. Mr. Kiarie is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public, further highlighting his comprehensive legal qualifications. Moreover, he also holds a Master's degree in International Relations from USIU - Africa, Nairobi, showcasing his commitment to multidisciplinary knowledge.

In July 2008, Mr. Kiarie made the decision to venture into private practice, establishing himself as the Managing Partner of his law firm. Over the past fifteen years, he has successfully overseen the day-to-day operations of the firm, implementing operational improvements to enhance productivity.

With his extensive experience in conveyancing, corporate law, and more recently, energy law, Mr. Kiarie has provided strategic guidance to clients regarding property planning and development models. His critical thinking skills and exceptional negotiation abilities have facilitated strategic planning, risk management, and the establishment of fruitful relationships with stakeholders, resulting in business growth.

Additionally, Mr. Kiarie actively contributes as a Board Member in a public high school board of management and represents Kenya in an African-based international NGO called CAFOR.
